Initiate Return
Log into your account or use the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the products in their original packaging, including the designer dust bags and all authentic tags, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
